Scenario: You have been employed by the 'iPod Store' as their ICT and Administration person. The manager needs you to show them how to perform a range of tasks (listed below) to improve their use of ICT and Administration.
This task requires you to use a range of graphics from a wide range of sources e.g. www, scanner, other programs e.g. graphs/charts from excel etc.

1. Enter, Update and Delete Customers (E) (Help)
The iPod Store would like you to use their Database to do the following:
- Pass - The Manager needs you to Enter new customers, Update an existing customer and Delete someone who has left the country.
- Merit - As above
- Distinction - As above

2. Oueries (E) (Help)
The Manager needs you to show her how to query the database to locate specific information about customers.
- Pass - The Manager would like you to peform a simple query to locate a particular customer e.g. Mr Smith
- Merit -You are to create a simple query to locate a customer and sort on at least one field.
- Distinction - You are to create and use two queries, including more than one criterion (field), sorting on at least one field.

3. Reports (E) (Help)
The Manager would like you to show her how to produce Reports from the query(s) you produced.
- Merit - Create and use a report to print out selected data for a specific need.
- Distinction - You will create and use at least two reports to print out selected data in different formats e.g. address labels, table, format or list.
