| What Will I Learn? |

UNIT 3 TALK IN LIFE AND LITERATURE
(30% OF A-LEVEL)
The emphasis of this unit is on spoken language. Candidates are required to study from a choice of plays set by the exam board. You will also be required to apply your skills and knowledge of literary and linguistic concepts and approaches to a variety of transcripts of real-life spoken situations.
(20% OF A-LEVEL)
This coursework unit requires you to choose two literary works from a selection of prescribed authors and transform them into different genres.
