A2 Law allows a much more detailed study of some areas of substantive law. We will study two units of Criminal Law.
The course is completely exam based with two exams.

You will receive certification for A2 Law and, in addition, will have developed those skills already acquired from AS Law. These skills include the ability to be much more independent as a learner, the ability to conduct research and present logical and coherent arguments. In addition, your understanding and use of literacy and ICT will be enhanced |
After successful completion of A2 Law you will have many options available to you. The main choices open to students are to continue in education to degree level or to enter the world of work. A2 Law will provide a sound foundation for either choice.
A2 Law is particularly suitable for further study of law, criminology, forensics and other legally related fields. However, it is also a sound foundation for study of any other chosen area at University. In addition, it would be a valuable qualification in the work place in fields such as the courts, the police, the prison & probation services, government, politics, business and finance amongst others.
